Dscn5142_ccc_oct_11_mtgIt was a long day at Shire Hall and it began with a demo. Actually there were two demos: the first and larger one was from Unison protesting about the proposal to raise councillor allowances (see below). The second was from Climate Rush Cambridge who gave out paper windmills in protest against the council’s recent decision to ban windfarms on council land.
